From our international based Manicci warehouse in Asia. Let us explain our operations a little further. We used to ship from our US based warehouse in California from 2014-2018. Warehouse operations were restructured for the better in 2019 due to overall rising costs in the US. By implementing this logistics setup, it allowed us to reduce our labor, lease and operational costs without effecting product quality. This in turn allowed us to offer free worldwide delivery which is just as fast. Our actual materials for the mats are imported from Italy consisting of top grade materials sent in bulk to our Manicci warehouse in Schenzhen every month

Please note that due to the fact that our orders are custom made, we can only accept cancellation or amendment requests within the first 24 hours of ordering.

If you choose to cancel after 24 hours, please be aware that we will charge a re-stocking fee of 45% of the total amount of the original price to cover materials and workmanship for your custom order.

All of our mats have a fitting guarantee. If for any reason there is an issue with how the mats fit, please contact us at info@manicci.com with images of them installed and your order number in the subject line. Our team will investigate the issue. It could be that A.) you need help fitting them or B.) incorrect mats were sent. We will help you resolve your issue either way.

This depends on how well you usually maintain the cleanliness of your car. However, we recommend that you wipe them down with a wet cloth once a week. No special chemicals are needed to clean them. If you do not regularly clean the mats, this will eventually expose them to being damaged.

Sorry, we require special 3D computer measurements taken at production stage. If your car isn’t on the list, unfortunately we can not make them at this time. We improve our list of available cars regularly, please check back later.

Our mats are custom made and take 5-7 days in production to make. Then another 9-14 days for USPS express shipping within the US.
