Covid-19 Update & Delays:
Please be aware due to flight restrictions, plane cancellations and tighter custom border checks, some parcels could face delays in transit. We will continue to provide full tracking details as normal. All tracking numbers we provide are genuine, offered by couriers, but some could face delays in updating online due to slower than normal transit times and courier availability.
We are experiencing higher than normal shipping times due to country restrictions and low courier coverage. Average delays can be 10-20 days depending on country of destination. This is on top of our normal shipping time. Please allow at least 14 days for tracking details to update or status to change due to longer shipping times and tighter customs checks in destination country. We are doing our best to get orders dispatched as soon as possible to avoid any further delays.
If any parcel is delayed in transit for longer than 60 days from the time it was shipped, and courier fails to update us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, date ordered and 5 digit order number. We will work with you at that time to A.) offer a full refund or B.) send a replacement as soon as possible.
We are in communication with carriers and tracking all parcels, daily and any issues are being sent to couriers for investigation. Some couriers could take longer than normal to track or trace parcels. We will require courier confirmation before we can proceed with a replacement or refund as many parcels will eventually update and get delivered after courier search. This can be due to many reasons right now mainly due to to lack of flights, airline company backup, customs delays and Covid-19 of course.
By making a purchase you understand that you may be liable and have to pay customs duty/tax on the product before it can be delivered to you in your country. This is your responsibility to acknowledge and understand this message before making a purchase. These duties are out of our control. We are able to keep our product costs low and offer free delivery because of this logistics set up. Reminder the prices and description shown on the shipping invoice will be different to what you the customer paid as these are values and information for customs declaration purposes only which in turn helps to prevent/reduce duties or sales taxes that you the customer may have to pay when receiving imported goods in certain countries.
We try our best to manufacture your product in the quickest time possible. We are different than any other company as we do not charge extra for faster/express shipping. We use the fastest available delivery method free worldwide to all customers. Our shipping costs are built into our product prices. Our mats are custom made and hand made from scratch so we are unable to cancel or change any order after 24 hours from when the order was placed.
If you fail to pick up your parcel when delivered and the parcel is returned to our Manicci warehouse there will be a $50 USD reshipping charge. In this case re-delivery can take up to another 30 days (return time plus reshipping time).
If you do not wish to wait another 30 days for your order to be redelivered only a partial refund will be offered after all production and initial shipping costs have been deducted. As all our products are custom made and have no resale value, the partial refund will be 50% of the total amount of the original price to cover materials, workmanship and shipping costs for your custom order.
